Brendan Wells was the on-water cinematographer for The River Runner — meaning he had to carry all of his camera equipment IN his kayak while running the Indus, American (Royal Gorge), and other rivers to film the whitewater scenes. Brendan Wells and Ben 'Sturge' Sturgulewski filmed S3 Episode 3 of the Red Bull Originate series. This video for Epson printers in collaboration with National Geographic was used to kick off a global campaign for Epson’s heat-free printer technology. Brendan and the Mountain Mind Team did extensive location scouting, logistics and planning, and coordination with Nat Geo Creative Works and Epson leadership in Japan to make this video possible. Directed/edited by Brendan Wells, produced and filmed by the Mountain Mind Media team.
